BCHS Administration
Principal, Mr. Richard Paul
Hello Tiger Family! I am excited to serve as your principal! For seven years, I had the privilege of working in the North Baldwin feeder pattern as an assistant principal. I started my tenure serving as the assistant principal of Pine Grove Elementary School for three years, and then transferred to Baldwin County High where I have been able to continue to build relationships and serve the families in the Bay Minette area.
Upon graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Science, I began my professional career as a game warden for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. In 2007, I answered the call to education and received my Master of Education in Secondary Science from the University of South Alabama. I then began my teaching career at Rosinton Elementary, where I taught 5th and 6th grade math and science for nine years. After I had some years in the classroom under my belt, I returned to USA to obtain my certification in Educational Leadership. This year completes my 17th year with the Baldwin County Public School System.
My family and I live in northern Baldwin County and my children are in the Bay Minette feeder pattern. We look forward to the opportunity of getting to know you all more and being more involved in the community as we serve you. As the instructional leader of Baldwin County High, I will continue to build on the foundation of our former administrators, leading our community and our students to a standard of academic excellence.
GO TIGERS!
Assistant Principal, Mrs. Tameka Crook
Greetings Baldwin County Tigers, Parents, and Community!
As a 1995 graduate of Baldwin County High School, I am delighted to return and serve as Assistant Principal. This is my 19th year in the educational field, and I have been afforded the opportunity to teach second and third grade at Pine Grove Elementary School and reading at Delta Elementary School. In addition to my experience as a classroom teacher, I also served as the Curriculum Leader for Bay Minette Elementary School. I hold a B.S. and M.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Mobile, an M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership from Alabama A&M University, and an Ed.S. in Teacher Leadership from Walden University.
My husband, DeWarren, and I have four children. Our youngest will be attending Baldwin County High School this year. As a family, we enjoy fishing and attending sporting events.
As one of Baldwin County High School’s instructional leaders, I will continue to build on the educational foundation of the previous administration. I am committed to working collaboratively with our staff, families, and community to equip the students at Baldwin County High School with multiple opportunities to succeed. I am truly proud to be a Baldwin County High School Tiger and look forward to the new milestones we will achieve together! Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
Assistant Principal, Kelli Wallace
Greetings! As a 2000 graduate of Baldwin County High School, I am so grateful for the opportunity to return to BCHS as an Assistant Principal. I began my teaching career in Baldwin County after earning my B.S. in Elementary Education from The University of South Alabama. After several years of teaching first, third, and fifth grades, I returned to The University of South Alabama, where I earned my M. Ed. in Educational Leadership. This prepared me to move into the role of Curriculum Leader at Bay Minette Middle School in 2018. Then, in 2022, I returned to my Alma Mater, BCHS, where I was named Assistant Principal.
My husband, Chuck, and I have five children, two of whom are students at Baldwin County High School. We spend most of our free time cheering for them and their Tiger teammates as they play baseball, softball, and basketball. Go Tigers!
Our students have the potential for BIG things. I am passionate about helping each of them become intrinsically motivated to achieve their goals. I look forward to working with you and other members of the community as we strive to identify ways we can continuously improve the high school experience for ALL students.
